Le droit de l’entreprise durable de la régulation à la répression ?
On 10 October 2025 starting from 2:00 p.m. at the Aix-Marseille University (Faculté de droit et de science politique – avenue Robert Schuman – Aix-en-Provence), will be held a Roundtable entitled “Le droit de l’entreprise durable de la régulation à la répression ?” in which Prof. Dr. Anna Oriolo will present a Paper on “The protection of the environment through criminal law in the new 2025 Council of Europe Convention”.
